Rec team is designed to nurture your cheer potential, focusing on essential skills like stunting, jumps, tumbling, and choreography.
Join us once a week all session long for an action-packed 45-minutes that fits easily into your busy schedule. Then showcase your newfound talents and team bonds in an exhilarating exhibition performance at our program spring showcase April 13th at CPS!

Elite
Elite athletes are those who are ready to challenge themselves, and travel competing against the best teams in their divisions in other states. This division requires the most time commitment and needs to be your athletes primary focus.
- Elite teams practice 2-3 times per week for team.
- Are required to take a tumbling class for their individual level.
- Exhibition 2-3 times, and compete 7-9 weekends per season in and out of Minnesota.
Numerous hotel stays required.
Athletes age 5-17
Registration opens May 2025
Prep
Prep athletes are just as driven as elite, they practice year round, attend camp, work hard, but they only compete in Minnesota.
- Prep teams practice twice per week.
- Need to take tumbling classes for their individual level.
- Exhibition 2-3 times. compete 5-7 times in Minnesota only.
No required hotel stays.
Athletes age 5-17

Novice
Novice is perfect for athletes entering the world of competitive cheerleading, who play other sports in the fall or families that want less of a commitment.
- Novice teams practice twice per week.
- We strongly encourage taking an additional tumbling class.
- Novice will exhibition 2-3 times and compete 1-2 times only in Minnesota.
No required hotel stays.
Athletes age 4-16
