This class is specifically designed to increase range of motion in areas crucial for flyer skills, such as hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders, and back. You will learn drills and stretching techniques to improve extensions, lines, and the overall aesthetics of your flyer positions, including skills like heel stretches, scales, scorpions, and needles. Through consistent practice and proper technique, you'll develop the balance and core strength needed to execute challenging extended positions with confidence.
**Must wear
clean- gym only cheer shoes {never worn outside};
hair must be back in a pony, bun, or braid
tank or T and shorts
